Webinar FAQ's

When do webinars take place? What if I miss a webinar I've registered for?

Webinars are broadcast live on the third Wednesday of each month at 1:00 PM central and First Fridays are broadcast live on the first Friday of each month at 11:00 AM central unless advertised differently. If you can't attend the live webinar, it will be available in our online Knowledge Center 48-hours later.

What are the technology requirements to take part in a Webinar?

To participate in a webinar you must be able to access Zoom, WERC's online meeting space. If you cannot access Zoom, you will not be able to participate in the live webinar.

Do I need to register?

Yes, you must register to attend our webinars. Upcoming webinars are always listed on our events page with a link to the registration page. Once you have registered, you will receive your unique webinar login instructions via email. You must be logged in to the WERC website in order to register for a webinar. If you do not have a profile, click here to create one.

How much does it cost to attend?

Live webinars are complimentary for WERC members to attend, unless otherwise noted on the events page. Archived webinars are complimentary for WERC members and can be accessed by non-members for a $25 fee.

Do you archive sponsored webinars?

Where can I see them? All of our past webinars can be view in our online Knowledge Center. To access WERC's Knowledge Center you must be a member or registered user of werc.org.

Once you have logged into your account:

• Click the Watch/Register button to see the list of available webinars
• Select Quick Links or the Online Learning tab
• Select Catalog
• Click "Launch" to view the webinar

Don't see a launch button? Select the "buy" option and checkout. Follow the prompts on the page. Once completed you should see a "Launch" option.
