Learn How a Shipper and a 3PL Built a Win-Win Relationship

After attempting two different contractual relationships that left both parties dissatisfied, shipper Sulzer Pumps Solutions and 3PL Sunland Logistics Solutions found a new way to work together. The companies adopted the Vested business model approach to create a collaborative relationship with each organization equally dedicated to the other’s success. By establishing procedural trust, both companies committed to an agreed-upon operational structure and well-defined procedures that they executed together. The results? A significant improvement in lines per hour and a corresponding decrease in labor hours per day.
