He leads projects in network strategy, software implementation, and engineering. Since joining enVista in 2008, Bo has directed initiatives in facility design, warehouse and labor management, and Lean/Operational improvements. He previously managed container operations at the Georgia Ports Authority, focusing on refrigerated containers and continuous improvement.
