High-output distribution centers, primarily those shipping more than 20,000 to 25,000 packages per day, have faced major challenges due to recent events. Being able to respond quickly to customer demands requires the proper application of both new and existing production methods for faster and more accurate order fulfillment. In this session we'll discuss both, along with the advantages and disadvantages of emerging technologies.

Learning Objectives:

  • How to speed up receiving using robotics and automation
  • Learn goods-to-man methods that work without the need for robotics
  • How to integrate the latest right-size packaging solutions
