Back and shoulder claims are too common for warehouse workers and drivers. We can teach 12 year old kids to do backflips on 4” balance beams but can’t teach people how to lift a box? There is a solution in every problem. BionomicTM training is a proven method of preventing costly and painful back and shoulder injuries. You will learn why employees haven’t changed their behaviors; how to gain a high level of buy-in and how to sustain this cost-savings initiative.

Attendees will learn:

  • The root cause of work related back and shoulder injuries
  • Why employees don't LISTEN
  • 3 key employee training discoveries that work to prevent sprains and strains

Presented by: Dennis Downing, CEO, Backsafe
