According to the Wall Street Journal, the Supply Chain Management Program at Bryant is “The Hot New MBA!” So we’re pleased to offer an opportunity to learn about this innovative program right from the source.
To start, Dr. Teresa McCarthy Byrne, Bryant’s Global Supply Chain Program Director will give a brief program overview while also hitting on important topics like the talent gap and hiring/working with millennials & GenZ. This will be immediately followed by an interactive student / practitioner panel discussion facilitated by New England WERCouncil Co-Chair Kevin Ledversis.
Practitioner panelists provide insight of the jobs, challenges, required skill sets, & more while recent Bryant GSCM graduates and students provide insight of education and robust training to prepare for a career in supply chain. This will be followed by a Q&A Session with audience participation.
Michael Mikitka, CEO of WERC, will share insights into Labor, Trends and Solutions. Over the last few years, WERC's Annual DC Measure study has revealed an increasing focus on labor. Not so much a focus on labor as it relates to productivity, but more on factors that influence attracting and retaining talent. Hear about the labor trends and what WERC's members are doing to manage and win the talent war.
After the panel discussion, there will be time allocated to network with industry peers and students of the GSCM program.
